Returns & Exchanges

At South Park Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
